Returns & Refunds – OacmaSL™ ✏️📦

We want customers to shop for OacmaSL™ stationery with confidence. This policy outlines the return period, eligibility requirements, shipping responsibilities, and the process used to review and issue refunds.

Return Period

You must contact us about a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. A request submitted after this period may be declined.

What Qualifies for a Return

To be considered eligible, an item must be unused and remain in its original condition. Please include the original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase is also required, such as your order confirmation, transaction receipt, or another valid purchase record.

Health requirements, safety regulations, or restrictions associated with a particular product may prevent certain items from being returned.

Return Approval and Shipping

Before sending anything back, submit your request to our customer service team for review. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how to proceed.

Return shipping is normally paid by the customer. OacmaSL™ will cover this cost only when an item was delivered damaged or defective, or when the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Refund Review

Once we receive the returned package, the item will be inspected. We will then inform you whether the refund has been approved. When authorization is granted, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.

The shipping fee charged on the original purchase is generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error made by OacmaSL™.
